Dipanpreet Kaur is a versatile poet, author, and aspiring professional from India. She was born in 2005 in Ludhiana, Punjab, living happily with her parents in a joint family. Both her parents were working full-time, which led her to attend daycare school at a tender age of 11 months, where she learnt to interact with other children independently throughout the day. At the age of 3, she relocated to the vibrant city of Chandigarh due to her father’s job commitments.

Dipanpreet began her academic career at St. Joseph’s Senior Secondary School in Chandigarh, India, where she achieved ‘Excellence in Oratory’ prizes for both English and Hindi recitations during her primary years. Her creativity and dedication continued to shine as she excelled in various competitions, including English paper reading contests and art exhibitions. However, after five years, her father’s professional transfer necessitated a relocation to New Delhi, the bustling capital city of India, prompting her departure from her current educational institution.

Moving on to Shadley Public School in Delhi for her junior school years, she further solidified her position as a multifaceted talent. Her achievements ranged from securing top positions in swimming competitions to winning awards in science exhibitions and holiday assignments. Her innate flair for storytelling and artistic expression consistently garnered recognition, setting the stage for her future endeavors

Alongside academic pursuits, she actively took part in literary competitions, securing top positions in various events like literary competitions and sports activities. Her prowess in poetry and writing earned her international recognition, with her works being featured in renowned publications and forums.

In 2021, at the young age of sixteen, Dipanpreet achieved a significant milestone by publishing her debut solo poetry book, “My Mind’s Shadow,” which garnered critical acclaim and proved her as a promising literary talent.

Following this success, she continued to push boundaries with her second solo poetry book, “The Opera,” published in 2022.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in English and Professional Writing at York University in Toronto, Canada, Dipanpreet is expanding her horizons and honing her skills in digital content creation and public relations.
